Sonic Drive-In, proudly franchised by KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and uphold Sonic standards, driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence. You’ll partner with the Managing Partner to train and schedule the team, manage inventory and cash controls, address guest issues, and safeguard the brand while pursuing growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
• Support the Managing Partner by leading the team in training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee financial responsibilities, including cash handling and expense control; partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth initiatives and protect Sonic’s brand reputation.
