KBP Brands is hiring an Assistant General Manager for Sonic Drive-In locations in the United States. The role focuses on leading daily restaurant operations, driving guest experiences, and upholding brand standards.

You will work closely with the Managing Partner to train staff, schedule shifts, and manage performance. This full-time position requires at least 1 year of AGMs in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, and availability to close two nights per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Leadership experience in managing teams and operations.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
• Support the Managing Partner by leading the team in training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee financial responsibilities, including cash handling and expense control; partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth initiatives.
