KBP Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Sonic Drive-In location. You will lead daily operations, train and schedule staff, and manage performance and guest satisfaction.

This role includes inventory control, food safety compliance, cash handling, and growth initiatives, with a focus on brand protection. The position requires at least one year in a GM role in quick-service or retail, 18+ years old, and ability to close two nights weekly, with physically

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
• Lead the team in training, scheduling, and performance management with the Managing Partner.
• Manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee financial responsibilities, including cash handling and expense control.
• Partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth initiatives and protect Sonic's brand reputation.
