Job summary

Sonic Drive-In (KBP Brands) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, train staff, and manage inventory and financials. This role focuses on maintaining Sonic standards, resolving guest issues, and driving growth with the Managing Partner.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
• Lead the team in training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee financial responsibilities, including cash handling and expense control.
• Partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth initiatives and protect Sonic’s brand reputation.
