Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Sonic Drive-In. Lead daily operations, train staff, and uphold brand standards while partnering with the Managing Partner to drive growth and ensure excellent guest experiences.

The role focuses on team leadership, inventory control, and financial oversight in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with opportunities for career advancement within the KBP organization.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
• Support the Managing Partner by leading the team in training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee financial responsibilities, including cash handling and expense control; partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth initiatives and protect Sonic’s brand.
