Job summary

KBP Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations at Sonic Drive-In. You will uphold Sonic standards, train staff, and manage scheduling to deliver great guest experiences.

This role requires at least one year as an AGM in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, 18+ years old, and availability to close two nights per week. KBP offers benefits, PTO, training, and a growth‑minded culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand entire shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and uphold Sonic standards and policies.
• Lead training, scheduling, and performance management for the team.
• Manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and resolve guest issues promptly.
• Partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth and protect Sonic’s brand.
