Job summary

Hash Kitchen in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and mentor the team in a fast-growing bruncherie. You will support the General Manager, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards across service, food quality, and safety.

You will manage costs, labor, and P&L while ensuring an engaging guest experience and ongoing staff development in a dynamic, hospitality-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 to 3 years of management experience in business or food & beverage.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coach, and develop your Squad members and make them feel valued
• Learn how to manage cost of goods, P&L management and Labor efficiencies
• Maintain high standards of food quality and food safety
• Ensure the restaurant’s efficient and profitable business performance
