Qualifications

• 3+ years running a high-volume, full-service restaurant as a GM or AGM.
• P&L ownership and budget responsibility.
• People-first leadership focused on development.
• Strong on-floor presence with attention to detail.
• Clear communication in person and in writing.
• ServSafe and FoodManager certifications (or willingness to obtain).
