Snooze is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Denver, CO to serve as the right hand to the General Manager and lead both FOH and HOH operations. You will guide team performance, ensure top guest experiences, and drive financial results with a focus on radical hospitality.

This role requires at least 2 years of restaurant management experience and a proven record of coaching and leadership. Expect a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and community involvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• Leadership and coaching across FOH/HOH.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong cash handling and math abilities.
• Ability to lead teams and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Understand Snooze policies and ensure guest service excellence.
• Monitor food and beverage quality across shifts.
• Manage purchasing, inventory and cost controls.
• Lead scheduling and labor cost objectives.
• Coach Snoozers and develop talent.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
