The Ruby Slipper Cafe is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a growing brunch-focused concept. Ideal candidates will be early risers who can manage pancakes and people while delivering a consistently exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include taking charge in the absence of the GM, overseeing both FOH and BOH operations, and coaching staff to their full potential within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Manager experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Serve as primary leadership role in the absence of the GM.
• Prior FOH and BOH Management experience required.
• Strong BOH leadership experience preferred.
• Clear communication skills and a commitment to developing staff and guest experience.
