Job summary

Hash Kitchen Arizona is seeking a General Manager in Chandler to lead a high-volume operation with a 3–4-person management team and 40–55 staff. You will own the P&L, drive standards, and deliver exceptional hospitality across breakfast, lunch, and brunch hours.

The role offers a base salary of $75,000–$85,000 with bonus potential up to $13,000, plus generous health, dental, vision, and PTO benefits. You’ll be home for dinner while growing with a expanding multi-state brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running a high-volume, full-service restaurant as a GM or AGM.
• You own the P&L and budget targets.
• You lead with a people-first approach and develop staff.
• Strong communication, both on floor and in writing.
• Certification in ServSafe and FoodManager (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Build and keep a team with a strong bench and career paths.
• Run a clean P&L, monitor daily/weekly numbers and adjust actions.
• Deliver the Hash Kitchen experience with hospitality and quality.
• Keep the building safe, clean, and properly scheduled.
