You will lead daily operations, mentor staff, manage costs and guest satisfaction, and participate in our training program designed to advance your hospitality career.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 to 3 years of management experience in business or food & beverage.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coach, and develop your Squad members and make them feel valued.
• Learn how to manage cost of goods, P&L management and Labor efficiencies.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and food safety.
• Ensure the restaurant’s efficient and profitable business performance.
• Optimal utilization of staff and resources.
• Guest satisfaction.
