Church's Chicken is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager to work under the Restaurant General Manager. You will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, help implement Church's initiatives, and support achieving sales and profitability goals.

You will train staff, manage scheduling, assist during peak periods, and ensure compliance with all policies. Strong leadership and guest service focus are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist RGM in ensuring all employees are trained.
• Assist in maintaining staffing and weekly schedules.
• Help staff during high-volume periods as needed.
• Assist in administering paperwork in a timely manner.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and help meet sales plans.
• Maintain and record accurate inventory.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Maintain a clean facility at all times.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality products each shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
