Church's Chicken is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in day-to-day operations and to help execute Church’s initiatives and profit goals.

The role involves staffing, training, inventory control, policy adherence, and ensuring excellent guest service. You will lead by example, manage schedules, and drive high-quality product delivery daily.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory restaurant experience.
• ServSafe training recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in hands-on daily operations.
• Ensure staff training and scheduling are maintained.
• Maintain inventory and analyze profit and loss statements.
• Uphold company policies, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Deliver high quality products consistently across shifts.
