Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager to work under the Restaurant General Manager and supervise hands-on daily operations. You will support the execution of Church's initiatives, contribute to achieving financial targets, and handle banking and administrative tasks.

Key duties include training, staffing, inventory control, policy adherence, health and safety compliance, and delivering consistent, high-quality products across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RGM in training all employees.
• Assist in maintaining staffing levels and prepare weekly schedules.
• Support staff during high-volume periods.
• Assist in completing paperwork in a timely manner.
• Help analyze profit & loss statements and meet sales plans.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and standards.
• Maintain a clean facility at all times.
• Deliver high-quality products consistently across all shifts.
