Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager who will work under the Restaurant General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and staff. You will help implement Church's initiatives, drive sales and profitability, manage banking and administrative tasks, and ensure quality service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required
• Must have 1 year of supervisory experience working in the restaurant industry.
• ServSafe® food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Train employees under RGM supervision.
• Maintain staffing and prepare weekly schedules.
• Help staff during high volume periods as needed.
• Assist in administering all paperwork in a timely manner.
• Assist in analyzing profit and loss statements and in meeting established sales plan for unit.
• Maintain accurate inventory.
• Enforces and adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains all company operations standards and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Maintain a clean facility at all times.
• Deliver consistent, high quality products daily, every shift.
