Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service
• Minimum 4 years supervisory or lead experience in Casual Dine or production kitchen
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and staff

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures
• Supervises day-to-day activities of restaurant staff
• Interviews candidates; hires and promotes staff
• Monitors financial and operational data to meet unit goals
• Manages day-to-day activities of associates
• Ensures health, safety and AB policies compliance
• Assigns tasks, prepares schedules, ensures shifts covered
• Maintains clean, stocked, attractive display areas
