Wawa, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily store operations, develop our team, and drive profitability.

You’ll oversee performance, hiring, training, and growth of Customer Service Associates to uphold Wawa’s standards. The AGM will supervise schedules, monitor store metrics, and coordinate initiatives to improve service quality and sales, while fostering a positive, inclusive work environment for all Associates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Proven leadership experience, preferably in food service or retail.

Responsabilités

• Ensure every customer leaves satisfied by gathering feedback and solving problems.
• Execute quality and engaged training for Customer Service Associates to ensure they meet Wawa's standards.
• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and motivating the team.
• Coordinate schedules and daily tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
• Monitor store performance, review reports, manage shrink, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze trends and collaborate with peers to drive optimal results.
