Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in food service or retail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer leaves satisfied by gathering feedback and resolving issues.
• Lead training for Customer Service Associates on safety and standards.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, recognition, and motivation.
• Coordinate schedules and daily tasks to run operations efficiently.
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
