Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences, coaching sales specialists, and driving sales targets.

You will oversee daily operations, set and share goals, provide training and development, manage store merchandising and inventory, and ensure a high-performing, compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team on the sales floor to meet and exceed targets.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with the sales team.
• Coach team members one-on-one and develop their performance.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, merchandising, and compliance.
