The AGM will manage costs, recruitment, training, and policy compliance while learning daily operations alongside the GM.

The role requires dependable leadership, guest hospitality, and the ability to coach and develop staff.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants or bars.
• Experience interviewing, counseling, hiring and firing with proper documentation.
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures and inventory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Teach, motivate, coach and discipline staff up to AGM level.
• Oversee hiring, training and staff development with General Manager.
• Drive sales and maintain hospitality standards across FOH/HOH.
