Qualifications

• 1-2 years supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations including opening/closing.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control for profitability.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training, coaching, and feedback.
• Support scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Enhance guest experience by upholding high service standards and addressing concerns.
• Lead by example in customer service and motivate the team to do the same.
• Support managing sales, cash handling, and budget adherence.
