CAVA is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant operations in Concord, NC. You will partner with the General Manager to implement store plans, drive financial results, and develop Team Members in a high-energy environment.

You will learn competency-based leadership and oversee schedules, forecasting, labor, and inventory while upholding CAVA's standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage budgets, scheduling, and cost control.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control.
• Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to Team Members.
• Support scheduling and staffing needs.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Uphold service standards and respond to guest concerns to boost satisfaction.
• Contribute to financial reporting and budgeting activities.
