Job summary

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) at CAVA partners with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold CAVA’s standards for food quality, service, and safety.

You will assist with scheduling, forecasting, labor management, inventory, and financial reporting while coaching Team Members to develop their skills and deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record of exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee scheduling, forecasting, labor management and inventory control.
• Supervise and coach Team Members with training and feedback.
• Support the General Manager with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Uphold food quality, service standards and food safety.
