Job summary

CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in delivering outstanding guest experiences and leading Team Members in a fast-paced environment. You will drive store action plans, forecasting, labor management, and financial performance while upholding the company values and standards.

As AGM, you will learn and apply competency-based leadership, ensure food safety practices, and contribute to continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in restaurant/hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage financial aspects, including budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory, supply ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training and performance feedback.
• Support scheduling and staff planning for the restaurant.
