CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest experience, staff development, and financial performance.

You will manage schedules, ensure food quality and safety standards, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. The role offers growth opportunities within a dynamic, Mediterranean-inspired brand.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role in restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver strong customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, labor, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training and feedback.
• Support scheduling and staffing.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Enhance guest experience by upholding high service standards.
• Assist with preparing financial reports and performance metrics.
• Participate in special projects to drive restaurant success.
