Job summary

CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead our restaurant and uphold our Mediterranean-inspired standards. You will partner with the General Manager on daily operations, scheduling, and staff development to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee inventory, training, and performance feedback while driving profitability and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or management role in hospitality.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Able to manage schedules, staffing and training.
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost control.
• Compliant with health, safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in daily restaurant operations and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality and service.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
• Coach and develop Team Members through training and feedback.
• Support with financial reporting and performance analysis.
