KBP Foods is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead, train, and coach a fast-paced restaurant team. You will help deliver an exceptional guest experience, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with brand standards for quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 1+ year as Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility
• 18+ years old minimum
• Ability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights a week

Responsabilités

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurant
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness
• Manage labor and food costs to drive restaurant performance and profitability
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and keep shifts running smoothly
