KBP Foods is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Bradford, PA to lead and coach a high-performing restaurant team. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, oversee daily operations, and ensure brand standards in quality, safety, and cleanliness.

The role focuses on labor and food-cost management while preparing for future general manager opportunities. Ideal candidates have 1 year of AGM experience with P&L responsibility, are 18+, and can close at least two nights weekly.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.
