Qualifications

• At least 1 year as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to close the restaurant at least two nights weekly.
• Ability to lift/move heavy items, stand for long shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to foster a positive environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly for memorable experiences.
• Oversee daily operations: inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain food quality, prep standards, and presentation.
• Enforce safety/cleanliness standards for guests and staff.
