You’ll drive service quality, manage costs, and ensure compliance while supporting a high-performing team across daily shifts. This role offers growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment with standing, walking and safety-conscious use of equipment.

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a high-performing restaurant.
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
