Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our KBP Foods operations. You will lead and coach a team, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and manage daily restaurant functions. This role includes training, scheduling, and optimizing inventory, labor cost, and safety standards to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and standing/walking through shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to foster a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee daily operations: inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness for guests and staff; manage labor and food costs.
