KBP Foods, part of KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a dynamic restaurant role. You will lead the team, drive guest experiences, and support daily operations while developing leadership skills for future growth to General Manager and above-store opportunities.

You'll participate in a quarterly performance bonus program and enjoy benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, education benefits, and employee meals.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility; quick-service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

• Help oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and company policy compliance
