KBP Brands seeks an Assistant General Manager for a KFC restaurant. Lead and develop the team, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee daily operations to support profitability. This role offers leadership growth toward GM roles and above-store opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year as Assistant General Manager with profit & loss responsibility (quick-service preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to deliver a high-performing restaurant.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage labor and food costs to improve profitability.
• Anticipate challenges and keep shifts running smoothly.
