KBP Foods, in partnership with KFC, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead people, operations, and guest experience in a fast-paced setting. You will coach the team, drive performance, and prepare for future leadership opportunities in the organization.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Quick-service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurant.
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage labor and food costs to drive restaurant performance and profitability.
• Anticipate challenges and keep every shift running smoothly.
