KBP Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a KBP Foods/KFC restaurant. You will lead and coach the team, oversee operations, and drive guest satisfaction with a focus on profitability.

The role offers leadership development toward General Manager and above-store opportunities, plus a robust benefits package, PTO, and training. Qualifications

• 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurant.
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage labor and food costs with a focus on restaurant performance and profitability.
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and keep every shift running smoothly.
