Taco Bell seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards, training and coaching the team, and delivering unforgettable customer experiences. You’ll run daily operations in the GM’s absence, help with hiring, manage cash, inventory, and labor while reviewing financials to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members; drive equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Act like an owner by assisting with Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Lead and coach team members, provide performance feedback and address employee relations issues.
• Ensure training and resources are provided to staff and maintain health and safety standards.
