Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, and inspire the team. You will lead daily operations, train, coach, and recognize staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will cover the GM's duties in their absence, manage the MIC Success Routine, and drive performance through strong leadership, communication, and a culture of equity and belonging.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control and inventory procedures.
• Strong training, coaching, and team recognition abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for performance appraisals and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in GM's absence and model brand standards.
• Oversee Shift Excellence, food safety, and Core excellence.
• Provide feedback and resolve employee relations issues; escalate when needed.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members with inclusive culture.
• Participate in Profit & Loss management including cash control and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support GM in facility maintenance and health & safety standards.
