Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager. You will train, coach, and recognize your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand standards.

In this role, you’ll manage P&L, labor, inventory, and safety compliance while fostering equity and belonging. Expect a 50-hour work week with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures and reviewing financial reports.
• Ability to train and coach employees and conduct performance appraisals.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations in GM's absence and drive key initiatives.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Support performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and talent development.
• Assist with sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members.
• Manage inventory, labor, and cash controls to support profitability.
• Uphold food safety standards and health regulations.
