Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Phoenix to support daily operations and lead shifts with passion and heart. You will coach crew members, manage labor and costs, and ensure top-tier guest experiences while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in restaurant or retail management, a hands-on leadership style, strong communication, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience is a plus!).
• People-first leadership with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from the front counter to the back of house
• Lead shifts with confidence—ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures and other duties assigned.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
