Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Chandler, AZ to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, coaching the crew, and delivering top-notch hospitality. You will lead shifts, optimize service speed and accuracy, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of restaurant/retail management experience, a people-first leadership style, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management.
• People-first leadership style with hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays; manage labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence to ensure speed, accuracy and guest experiences.
• Coach, develop and motivate team members to hit service goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety procedures.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
