You will lead shifts, monitor food quality and labor costs, and develop teammates to consistently deliver top‑tier guest experiences and service standards.

This position emphasizes guest satisfaction, staff development, and maintaining the brand’s standards while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management.
• People-first leadership with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle guest needs.
• Familiarity with managing food and labor costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from the front counter to the back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence - ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures and other duties assigned.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
