Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Scottsdale, AZ to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, coaching, and delivering Popeyes hospitality. You will lead shifts, drive guest satisfaction, and manage labor and costs while building a positive team culture.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and ensuring quality, safety, and brand standards across the restaurant. A passion for fast-paced environments and great food is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience is a plus).
• A people-first leadership style with hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• A love for fast-paced environments and great food.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with managing food and labor costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence—ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures.
