Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, coaching the crew, and delivering legendary hospitality. You will lead shifts, ensure fast, accurate service and top guest experiences, and help manage labor costs and profitability.

The role requires 3–5 years of restaurant/retail management experience, a hands-on leadership approach, strong communication, and a passion for great food in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management.
• People-first leadership style with hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Love for fast-paced environments and great food.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with managing food and labor costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence—ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures; other duties assigned.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
