Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations. You’ll coach the crew, drive performance, and uphold Popeyes’ legendary hospitality.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in restaurant or retail management (QSR a plus).
• People-first leadership style with hands-on, lead-by-example approach.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence to ensure speed, accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety procedures.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding and training of new team members.
