Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, coaching the crew, and delivering legendary hospitality. The AGM will lead shifts, ensure fast, accurate service and maintain top-tier guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of restaurant or retail management experience, a people-first leadership style, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience is a plus).
• Proven leadership ability with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from the front counter to the back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence, ensuring speed, accuracy and guest experiences.
• Coach, develop and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies and safety procedures.
• Help with hiring, onboarding and training of new team members.
