Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead with passion and hustle, supporting the Restaurant General Manager across daily operations and staff development. You will drive guest experiences, uphold brand standards, and help manage labor costs in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of restaurant management, a hands-on leadership style, and strong communication skills to foster a welcoming, high-performance team culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience is a plus).
• People-first leadership style with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver quality food.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience managing food and labor costs (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence - ensuring speed, accuracy, and guest experiences
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures and other duties assigned
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
