Job summary

Royal City Bell, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the GM in daily restaurant operations at our Kansas location. The AGM will lead shifts, coach staff, and uphold brand standards while prioritizing customer experience and safety.

Expect a 45-hour work week with flexible scheduling, eligibility for DRG and education benefits, and opportunities to advance within a growing DRG multi-brand environment across Kansas, California, and nearby states.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass the ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain a current health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation, clear criminal background check, and acceptable MVR.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: lead shifts and ensure timely completion of tasks with quality assurance.
• Team Leadership: coach and motivate team members and shift managers to prioritize customer experience.
• Safety & Compliance: ensure OSHA regulations are followed for customers and employees.
• Training & Development: participate in leadership development and feedback.
• Recruiting & Onboarding: assist GM in staffing and welcoming new hires.
• Financial Performance: support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Customer Experience: deliver 5-star service and customer satisfaction.
• General Manager Support: assist GM in daily operations management.
