Job summary

Royal City Bell, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support restaurant operations and lead on all shifts. You will coach team members, ensure quality, safety, and customer service while working with the GM to meet financial goals.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in restaurant leadership, English fluency, and a ServSafe certification, with a focus on building a positive, efficient workplace and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain a health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation, clear criminal background check, and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality.
• Coach, motivate and develop team members and shift supervisors.
• Prioritize health and safety and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Support training and development plans for aspiring leaders.
• Collaborate with GM on staffing needs, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Help achieve the restaurant's financial goals and deliver 5-star customer service.
