Job summary

You will lead shifts, coach teams, oversee safety, training, and onboarding, and assist on recruiting, onboarding, and achieving financial goals. This role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and a proactive approach to maintain 5-star service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership across all shifts.
• ServSafe Certification and health card per local/state requirements.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: lead shifts and complete tasks with quality assurance.
• Team Leadership: coach and motivate team members and shift managers.
• Safety & Compliance: ensure OSHA regulations adherence and a safe environment.
• Training & Development: assist in leadership development plans and feedback.
• Recruiting & Onboarding: support GM to identify staffing needs and onboard new hires.
• Financial Performance: assist GM in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Customer Experience: deliver 5-star service and customer satisfaction.
• General Manager Support: aid in overall restaurant operations.
